Food Shopping

Tops Grocery - On Colvin and Nottingham, the closest grocery store to campus. Not the best produce or meats, but you can find all the basic items for decent prices… and there is a liquor store next door!

Wegmans - It is the grocery store of Syracuse, although it is about 5-10 minutes away in DeWitt/Fayetville. There's just about anything you could want including a large produce section with lots of locally grown foods, olives and cheeses galore, and an organic pantry which is like a store in itself. There is a variety of cafeteria bars for either take out or sit down: sushi, Asian (including Indian), salad, vegetarian and a cafe with pizza and subs.

Syracuse Real Food Co-Op - All goods are from local farmers and producers. "we exist to provide healthy, organic, local, and alternative food products to our community of shoppers and owners". Located in the neighborhood on Kensington street.

Regional Farmer's Market - Right next to the mall, near the stadium and train station. May-November Saturday 7am-2pm, Flea Market open Sunday same hours. TONS of fresh fruit and veg, local bakers, fresh pasta, cheese, eggs, spices for CHEAP!

Downtown Farmers Market - June 14-Oct 11, Tuesdays 7am-4pm. Not as big as regional market but close, on the bus route, and works in case you cant get up early on weekends!
